Basically with C you can just build a transaction program.But if you want to build a software you need to learn Web devloping Languages like - HTML, CSS, JS.
After learning C you can learn Web devloping languages, if you wish.

Your question is not clear . May you u want to make atm machine transactions software . Yeah you can implement it with c how atm machine working like u can check total amount number of transactions cash withdrawal....
