You can learn JavaScript after learning HTML, if you don't want to styling your content then no need to learn CSS.

JavaScript and Java are different programming languages. There is no dependency between them. You can be an expert in JavaScript without knowing Java at all.
You can learn Javascript after html. Good luck bro.

Yes you can start learning js after html, but is recomended to learn css before. JavaScript can also be used to add logic to your style.
But in frontend you cant make good web apps/pages without styling (you can style inside js also, but this is like you use css)
If you will use js for backend (like node.js) than no need for css probably.

CSS is not a prerequisite for JS.

You can, but the recommended order is HTML -> CSS -> JS.

Hey Dude,
As you have asked "if i learn..." the only solution is that if you don't want much load to remember everything you can write it in your diary, or in "blogger.com" or in notepad to keep remembering everything.
And if you want to make a alert or anything website you will need to learn html with javascript. If you want to make a simple & beautiful website i prefer you to learn html and css.
Regards
