How to do a ComboBox Update?

i want to update the information list of the combobox... for example:

we have a combobox that show us all the pendrives connected on computer in the list; Ok, i want to update the list of the combobox and that show us the other pendrives connected after. i not know if say good, sorry, but i not speak good the english.
