What is meant by practicing in Programming ?

Hello guys, I am beginner in programming field and computer science too, and I heard a lot saying that « practice » is the key, but I really don’t know what do they mean with that. Is it writting codes many times or building projects or what ? can anyone give me detailed definition please, if you could so. And thanks for reading my wonderful message.

Solomoni Railoa Ah ok, but before practicing, I have to understand the concept/lesson (such as Loops, OOP, statements…? before going on practice right ?
