To learn game development, firstly I would recommend learning C# with the Unity game engine, Which would not be an easy first time. However, it will become easy to use, only if you practice a lot with the new projects and games. Also, however, if you don't like coding games then you can try out the Unreal Engine to make games, this Engine allows you to make games with either coding or blueprint systems in it. But this engine requires a strong computer with a strong GPU to run games faster. Unity could be runnable on the low-end PC. Well, it's up to you what kind of entrance you will choose because both of the engines are pretty good themselves.
