On your own computer. Don't trust free hosting. There is always a catch. Most of them are straight-out sketchy.

If you want something to actually serve users, then just pay for a decent service.

Ashish Gupta Then go for something cloud based like AWS or Heroku. Considering that you will have very few visitors, you might end up paying nothing after all. Both of them have free tier plans that might be enough for you.
