How hard is coming back to learn programming?

Question

I a self employed person who is passionate to learn programming but unfortunately i could not got hold of it and left learning a year ago. Please share some motivation to get back in learning as coding seems intimidating and it looks like we can never learn it

If you wanna learn, just spend at least few minutes each day.
Then you will have motivation to learn more, so in beggining it is hard, it is hard to start, but when you start it will be easier.
If you learn this before lot of time, you probably forgot a lot, so start from beggining, check lection by lection, and most important practice.
