Issues with support
Hi everyone I've been playing with Sololearn app for some days now. 3 days ago, I decided I'll try for a month of PRO subscription. After the 3 days trial, bill is sent, 6.99 payment is cleared. But then, my PRO membership wasn't retained on my profile. That's strange I thought, and it looks bad for that kind of a tech company. Whatever, I'm going to get to support and open a ticket. Ok, so there's no support or contact link in the app, that's annoying. I'm gonna go check on good old Google. What I found there that either I send an message thru their website, or an email to their @info. No topics menu or any form to fill, you just send a plain message to a dumpster mail. Wow, I hope they don't have that much customer problems, because prioritizing doesn't seem a priority there ! And the sentence like "we take our customer service very seriously" wasn't that reassuring. So I decided to go for both options, thinking "meh, why not". As of now, I received no answers at all.
