NEVER use "input" as a variable name. input() is a built-in function which is overridden when you create name conflicts like that.

Instead of taking string input you can take as a number

1 - Single Number
2 - Set of Number

if num == 1:
i = int(input())

elif num == 2:

It would be easy for other users
