Hello Coders, Programmers and Developers, I want to know that how can I make a payment method in php or in any other language which can recieve or accept payment from user and transfer it to another user whom user wants to pay.

To add payment method you have to contact to Payment Integration service provider. They will give you code and api to implement in your code.
