Starting web development is not just programming languages. So If i have known the front end languages and back end languages. How can i start a real project of making a real website from scratch.

Design is about aesthetics.

I used to be a web designer for a super small agency a while back, I designed website layouts, nav structure, ux interactions, etc. then sent that over to the developers and they made it look like my photoshop file. No coding on my end.

Now I'm a web developer for a well established agency, I get sketch files from the design team then spend time making it work exactly how they envisioned it (not letting my design opinions get in the way) and making sure the spaces between the provided desktop, tablet, and mobile sizes all look and work well. No designing on my end.
