How to navigate through touching the numbers in this code.

Question

This code is made by mithali.I am using this to know how can I navigate when I touch the numbers.The later shapes was made using the previous one. As en examp: If I go to the last shape moon: it says it was made by some circle.When I click on the circle how can I made it possible to directly redirect to the circle shape by just clicking it.The question is to quench my curiosity.
