Make output window on web project NOT scrollable on mobile devices

Question

I've created a web application that works fine on PC, but not on mobile. The app involves swiping/moving your finger/cursor across the screen. When I try swiping on my phone, it scrolls instead... I want only the "touchmove" event to be fired, not scroll. Is it possible to fix this in some way?
