Check two strings are anagram of each other?

Check two strings are anagram of each other without using any string function. Where can i find answer of this question.Help if you can.

Sort the letters of both strings alphabetically. Then compare the sorted strings/ character arrays.

Yes , i checked on google ,but there they are solving it by using string function.Yaroslav Vernigora
