As far I understood, there are 4 types of fuel each of different price.
You can choose 1 of them first as option1.
Next you have 2 options : amount, liters. Read option2.
Read value next.
Depending on input option, convert amount to liters or liters to amount according to option1, after reading the option2 and value.
Display result.
If any input is not in expected range, then display out of range.
If input is of wrong type then display invalid option.

Sample:
if I enter 1 as option1 , then it's
Type = Gasoline Special
price = 57.23
Next option2 : 1 and amount is : 100
Equalent in liters is :
100/57.23 ( amount/price)
if I enter 1, then
Type = Gasoline Special
price = 57.23
Next option2 : 2 and liters is : 4
Equalent in amount need is :
4 * 57.23 (liters * price)
