Why some python codes are tagged like "py" and others are tagged like "python"?

I saw this when seeing most recent codes

I think this might be a bug or exploit. The codes of this user have "python" tag but they don't run properly.

Normally the tag is "py" if you select the language the usual way.

Py is the abbreviation of Python
Py also stands for Python (file format/extension)

Thanks, I Knew it, I just asked it because on my devise codes tagged as "py" doesnt have word prediction, and tagged as "python" have it

File extension. I investigated a bit and it seems that only simple codes' file extension is "python", but I dont know
