It says variable is undefined in CRUD update operation.

I am setting a value to database table and it says it is undefined .what could be the reason.???

Probably the reason is that you did not define the variable. Why do you distrust your error messages? They are there to help you, not to hurt you. :)

How could anyone guess your bug, if you don't show the code?
