Mhm i think you want a short explaintation about this langs, so ill try:
While css,html, javascript , also called webstack, is primary made and use for webdevelopment is c++ a „superset“ of C.
C++ is a low-level lang which give you directly access to your systems hardware (memory, GPU and so on). Low level can missunderstud which not means that the lang require lowskills, that meaning it goes deep in the system. C++ is used to develop operating systems, drivers or gameengines like UnrealEngine.
Learn and understand, meaning really understand, c++ can be take a bit off time while webstack is a nice thing to start learning coding
Html is for the layout of a webpage, css will change the color, size, scale, align and many other things, easyier the design, of a webpage and javascript is used to male a webpage interactive: handling userinput, buttonclicks and much more. In the past years javascript evolved to a backend lang too which means you can write a android app as example with javascript.
