After 2 months, a quiz got declined, from 20!!
And guess what.. Declined because of community downvotes!! Whatt??? What is wrong with this question??? What is the default colour written as a RGB value for the text in HTML? rgb(0,0,0) and three other choices... Just because they do not know it, they dislike it... Seriously?? 2 months, and declined because some random people can't answer it? Ugh!!!

Nothing wrong with this question but I'd like to point out just because a question is correct doesn't mean it should be accepted.
For example, if there's already tons of similar questions submitted and accepted, then there's really no need for more of those. Just take one or two new ones to replace the old questions. There's also some that take to long to answer in ~15s.
Questions should really be expected to have the correct answer when they're submitted. Even though somehow some dont, which is weird cause people could just test it in a compiler first.😔

I saw many questions on bitwise operators in Q/A discussions as this is not discussed in tutorials. But one of my quizzes got declined because it was on this topic :( I think including new topics in tutorial / quiz will help the learners. At least the learners will try to figure out how it works.

Nothing wrong.
maybe we should give the decision to certain group like platinum member or Gold member (but they can upvote their own quizz). Therefore, the decision is better.
anyway My quizz are still pending, maybe forever.

@Rrestoring First of all, I do understand what you mean, and I do agree with you.
But, black is the default value, and it is the easiest rgb value for it, 0,0,0... It doesn't take long to think about it if you know that black os the default value

Well, I feel you. We can't do anything about it. Around 15 of my submissions were declined due to community downvotes and they are correct.
