Rank + Status meaning

what does "top 0.03 in this month" in Skills tab means.. not able to get this.

how to know my country wise rank ?

It means you're in the top 0.03% this month in terms of XP gain. Check "Local" in leaderboard to see your ranking in your country.

click on the three dots present at upper right corner of your profile click lederboard and then local

It would be nice if you could get xp, related to your rank.

Problem is it would become harder to pass the ones on top, if that was the case.
