I need Java redesigned with abbreviations like str for String, print for System.out.println()

....pfffffffffffffft (spit take) *cough* *cough*, @Tarique Khan! High-Level?! Are you f*cking mad bro?! C isn't even High-Level! If we wanna be high, why don't we go 420 blazing with a language like Haskell or SQL?
p.s. not mad, just f*cking horrified.
In all seriousness though, the term High-Level is different now then it used to be. You literally go from being just above the metal to scraping it in three steps. C or FORTRAN, Assembly, then Machine (binary). That's all it takes. Every subsidiary language of those, and hell why don't we throw Java in the Frey with C and FORTRAN, are one step farther away from Machine. This makes them High-Level, were as our intermediaries: C, FORTRAN, and Java; are Medium-Level and Assembly and obviously Machine are Low-Level. At least that's by today's standards.

In the 1940s, the first recognizably modern eclectically powered computers were created. The limited speed and memory capacity forced programmers to write hand tuned "assembly language" programs. (Wikipedia)

@ Ajay There's no limitation for an experienced programmer to design and implement his/her programming language and/or compiler with his/her favorite capabilities as you mentioned.

John Mauchly's Short Code was first high level language however, FORTRAN(FORmula TRANslating) in 1957 was first widely used high level language. Prior to that coding used to be done mostly in machine or assembly language.
