It depend, for freelance you have ability to choose project and only accept the one you have skills. For job i suggest you to learn also some frontend framework like angular, react or vue. Also some css framework like sass or less. Things like bootstrap, tailwind, materialize is also plus. Must needed additional skill is git(or some other for version control), npm( or other package manager for installing packages/libraries/frameworks) Do your own research, if you wanna freelance check freelance sites and see offers for project. For job, search job offers and see skill they ask for. But most important is projects, so you need to have good portfolio.

If you learn html, css, and JavaScript, you're ultimately moving and growing towards front-end web development. This includes designing and creating webpages that users will interact with. Despite these 3 languages that you need to know, you also need to have knowledge on some libraries/frameworks. Depending on where you live and what job you're trying to get, requirements might differ. The task is simple, you (as a team, I think) will get list of user requirements, you will analyse them, make a design, and start developing the website. Then you test it, and give it back to the client. That's just an overview.
