Why I cant send private messages?

Every time I try to send a message it says that instructions have been sent to my account but when I check my email, I dont find any email from sololearn, pls help me.

You can be able to send messages after 21 days from the date of joining sololearn
Need to wait to complete 3weeks,
so just keep learning...

Streak are not Import..
No matter if streak goes break, important is that what you learn in these 21days.(need continuous in learning not making streak)
