Some important things:
Size of library, from smallest to biggest:
1. Vue
2. React
3. Angular

Angular have additional libraries already included - like router for example.
In React and vue we install it by ourself if we need them, so simpler app may have better performance and have smaller size

Angular is maintained by google, React is maintained by facebook (but additional libraries like router are not, what may be problem in future)
Vue is open source

Angular mostly use typescript so knowledge of it is important before you start learning it.
React use newest features of javascript(ES6+ syntax, but every valid js code is valid in react)
Vue have few different version of app syntax, so developer can choose style he like (or team use). But it is easy to learn

React can be good choice if you plan to build mobile app also, because you can easy switch to react native
