App Interface flaws

Question

1) Continue button in theory pages is active even if one didn't scroll it down. But many pages, seem like there is nothing below visible area And one can miss valuable tips. I missed some.

How to fix: Making "Continue" button active first time, only when page scrolled down to the end. Or alert message if continuing without scrolling down.

2) writing down keywords in tasks sometimes require scrolling down by finger gesture on touchscreens. That gesture often activate previous page deleting everything one already wrote. That's confusing.

How to fix: Alert message if you trying to change page while doing a task.
