[FEEDBACK] MESSAGE BUG

Question

How many years will you guys take to fix SL message bug because each and every update, there's a developer message saying that we should enjoy or cheer or celebrate because team had fixed many bugs yet message bug remain for farewell and can't let us to share our enjoyment, cheer and celebration.

And it's somewhat a old bug since message feature introduced in SL.

Currently, i dont have any problem. Some rare times, i faced message failed alert, it may be due to poor network or on busy servers i think.

If the person you are sending , is blocked or blocked you then also you get message failed i think.

In normally i dont faced any problem in sending message.

SoloLearn get 1000+ mails every day.. Your message may be missed or filtered out by insufficient details.
Try another one more time mail or report via in-app option..

yes, some blockers there , those will not allow to send for security reasons, number of attempts does not matters for that.....

vaibhav rarely this issue happens to me. Reconnect data then try resend it will work. Hope you already know that message contains links, punctuation are blocked to stop scammers. So avoid punctuation marks special characters

Jayakrishna 🇮🇳 I'm using SL since it has separate apps per language, way before being a learning community. It's not just poor connection. You can ask from old moderators, they know about it.
