Do i need to know all about python to become a expert programmer like not even leaving a single doubt of it because i am having problem understanding and doubts on chapters like oop, regular expressions etc those really confuse me

it's good they confuse you. makes it clear where your study time need be spent. Keep working at it and it will start to make sense

Start working on a project,however small doesn't matter.Just take a project and start working.. as you will proceed your doubts will get clearer amd you will learn new things as well
