Is tensorflow lite good?

I wanted to practice tensorflow in mobile but im not sure if tensorflow lite is good enough

I think this is a pretty good article about what TFLite can do. "Good enough" really sounds relative. Good enough for what? To learn about neural networks in a mobile environment, yes it is perfect.
