issues acbol.dll missing errors find

Many times an error message displays acbol.dll file not found while extending the application, I did download of acbol.dll file using the given link but can someone help me how to install it, It will be of great help,

Whatever it's for, you might want to consider deleting the software entirely and reinstalling it without altering the default location. Then, try installing the extension again, also without altering the default location.
