html is not showing after php

Question

When I'm inserting php for a specific reason to dynamically connect my html form with mysql database, it's not working
When I inserting php tag to a specific button or element inside the html page the rest of the html elements are not showing
If you know help me!

Make sure that the PHP code is properly enclosed in tags and there are no any errors...
