Can you help me?

So basically even after selecting all four options in ai generated quiz it wouldn't show as right. At last I quit but lost 5 hearts.

That quiz was after "Lesson - images" in getting started with HTML. Question was something like, "what does the web browser do?" Next time for sure I will take screenshot if it happens again.
