Ajay , there are many people on this platform who don't have programming background. All those people have started learning for the first time here - through this app.
So answer to your question is - YES, you can learn whichever programming language you want to learn here.
Sololearn will help you make your programming foundation knowledge better and stronger, if you are keen to learn it. Just to make sure, you will need to learn intermediate and advanced concepts from outside resources.
Note: the key to learn and get better at what you learn also requires practicing and creating hand-on projects.

In my opinion, You can't actually learn if you don't know anything about coding & programming, but you can practice here

That's mean using this platform I will not become a front end developer is it

SoloLearn is a great resource but you'll need more. Pick a framework/library and learn it. I recommend React. Read the docs. Ask lots of questions. Learn about data structures, algorithms, and design patterns as you go. Look up some resources about computer basics like 2's complement and how an ALU works (basics should be enough). Research networking concepts like TCP/IP, HTTPS, JSON, and AJAX.

Jayant Pandey i agree with you. If you already know something about coding, then you can practice here, you cannot learn full coding here.

Ajay, you can definitely become a front end developer using SoloLearn. I'm an engineer that pivoted from testing/automation into frontend and then full stack using this exact app along the way to complement my other resources.
Please don't take my previous answer as an indication that SoloLearn won't help when it is in fact very useful. I use it regularly even as a professional just to keep my skills sharp or to test small proof of concept code blocks. There are plenty of professionals that use this app regularly.
If you want to become a frontend developer, DO IT. You can and if you put in the effort you will.
