What is the best IDE for Python programming?

I use IDLE, but Python is good because you can use the command line to perform quick test or any text editor (most of them are comfortable with colored syntax..)

It's up to you. You should try the most popular ones like IDLE, Anaconda and so on. And then decide which is best for you. Because the best for others not always will be best for you.

I have actually never used anything except the IDE that comes with Python. It does the trick. Being an easier language, it is acceptable for me personally. I tried Komodo, but I didn't care for it

PyCharm. It really makes your life easy. If you're Eclipse user, there's PyDev plug-in available for Python and Django.

I have tested Anaconda. It looks great but it last a life to load. I will test Pycharm now. I started with programming about two weeks ago, so the basic question. Thanks.
