Guys I'm asking if we can count on the app to teach us everything or not, like if i finished HTML ,CSS and JavaScript should i be able to create a good designed and neat website?

You can't ever count on anything to teach you everything.
The courses on Sololearn give you the knowledge to create a well designed and neat website. However, you need to practise what you learn and learn to look up for information and develop your coding abilities in order to do it.
