My sololearn does not open it just change orientations

My internet is good but sololearn keeps changing orientations how do I fix it please tell

i have a similar issue (android latest version on a samsung tablet). i have to start the app (latest version) in portrait mode, respecting also what is up or down.
if i start the app in landscape mode, most of the time the app does not open (the wheel is rotating).

It happens on my 10 inch tablet (Fire OS) too.
My solution is to close the app manually.
Restart the app with vertical placement. After it loaded successfully I can change to horizontal mode without problem.

I have something to add.
If I attached a wireless keyboard with an usb adapter, it has a high chance to won't open properly.
So I only attach the keyboard after the apps open.
