Web program festival

Question

I just attended a web programming festival and was told that I only had 4 days to build a clean and complete project. And in these 4 days I have semester exams at school. Can anyone help?(my mean an idea that what should I do)

I am not a professional on any programming language, but I almost mastered HTML coding.
So, I have an idea of telling you that, if you're using HTML, you should divide the webpage into at least 3 parts.
Those 3 are:- 1. Header
2. Main Content
3. Footer
Where header includes the introduction, footer include information about authorship, copyright, external materials used, etc.
