No certificate delivered after finishing the "Getting Started with HTML"

Hi,
I dont know if it's normal or what but after having finished the whole course on HTML, and having done all the quiz, I still don't have the HTML certificate.
When I go to my profile there's only the streak, the courses progress and the Code bits I made.
Is there another place where the certificate can be downloaded ?

Certificates are directly awarded after completing any course, if you've completed the course then you can just click on the claim button below the course or check your mailbox. If you haven't received the certificate then you might have skipped anything/ it may be a bug so you can mail SoloLearn at [e-mail] with the screenshot attached.

I viewed your profile, you've started Introduction to HTML, but it is still in progress...
So make sure you've learnt all of the lessons and answered all questions
