Python Core stopped accepting new people a few months ago, but people who started it before the cutoff date can still finish it.

The equivalent now is to take Introduction to Python followed by Python Intermediate.

The Python Developer course is apparently just a splice of Introduction to Python and Python Intermediate, meaning you get one certificate instead of two for the same work and Sololearn gets to pad the course list without creating new content.
