How is it possible to get minus up votes?

at old days was possible to dislike posts but it removed due to abusing i assume as everytime someone new ask something, always received at least 1-3 down votes, which cause confusion to the person and build toxicity in community. Similar happening in stackoverflow wnd other forums.

I believe this post was very old and sololearn didnt reset negative values after the update or else it is a sololearn bug, when the post become so popular and receive billions of likes, if not handled correctly as they never expected this to happened it will turn to negative values thats a unwanted behavior of their code. As i see it is not so popular so its the 1st case 99.9%

A even more interesting thing in this post is that it looks like for the question, sololearn show the 3 people who negatively voted and the counter show -3. However in answers, you may notice some have counter +2 but you see 3 people.
When was possible to down vote, if the counter was -1, you needed 2 up votes to go to +1.
So seems like in answers counter they filter out the negative votes, but in questions not 🤔
