Windows not responding problem on vs code

This problem come again and again while using vs code what to do

Ensure your PC/Laptop has atleast 6 GB of RAM (1GB for VS, 4GB for Windows 11, 1GB for Background Task). If requirements are met, try updating VS Code and extensions. If it fails, disable extensions, roll back recent Windows updates if worked fine before, and exclude "code.exe" from antivirus software.

i had few times not responding issue with visual studio 2022 but very rare. My most common issue is while compiling it pop error 'internal compiler error' and i just have to recompile it.
Try update it or run as administrator else its maybe issue of slow PC

get rid of it!
install VSCodium.

if it still freezes your os, then maybe you will need some more ram, or to use some system cleaner....
