Duplication of the same code in a lesson

Question

My code segment won't reset on my laptop. What seems to be the issue with it? Additionally, if there are multiple code segments on a single page of a lesson, they all inappropriately contain the same code, which is wrong because nothing like that happens on my phone. It's only like that on my laptop.
