How to enable messaging feature

Hello everyone, a few days ago I activated my sololearn account and I received a badge to show that I had activated it. The problem is that when I want to send messages to other sololearners the app tells me that I have to activate my account and an activation email has been sent to my account. How can I fix this issue??

This question has been answered before. There’s a delay on new accounts before you can send messages. Search for existing questions for further information.

Edit: I won’t change this answer now, but as staff pointed out, it was rather rude and harsh. I’m sorry. I don’t want this to be another stack overflow where noobs get downloaded into oblivion even when they really are trying.

Machete Vhuthuhawe Irvin like most apps, you type in @, and then start typing someone’s username. Thankfully, this app lets you pick from people that are here. Some of them make you type out the whole username exactly without helping you.
