One of my friend download. sololearn but he cannot ask questions because he has bot activated is email so before he activates it I will help him to ask questions and I will make the question title Idris so who is with me

How is that related to being on the app / no in or from his email

I'm not seeing a direct connection between asking questions in the app ...

If he has questions he opens the app or can go to a browser and sign in to the sololearn desktop

You have logged in with which email sololearn, login to gmail account with that email

Look for an email from SoloLearn in your inbox. Sometimes it may end up in your spam or junk mail folder. Open the email and click on the activation link. If the email is not found, your friend can request a new activation email by contacting SoloLearn Support at [e-mail] and asking to resend the activation email.
