I am trying to learn c++ to create games . I want to create big games and of high graphics. Is it is possible to create big games in c++

I am not sure what is a "big game" for you, but keep in mind that the most popular and high-end computer or console games are usually products of large teams, that include graphic designers, artists, musicians, sometimes even storywriters and actors, and even marketing and finance people. It's great to set ambitious goals, but the programming itself is just a part of the job.

Nonetheless there are also "indie" developers who may work on their own or in a small team, but there is a limit of what you can accomplish alone, even if you master all the necessary skills and fields that are involved in creating a successful game.
