How can I put an image?

Hi guys, I was trying to make a code in html, but I wasn't able to get a valid url for it. I know it has to be in a valid format like jpg o png, but I don't know how to get or download that type of image. I'm sorry if my English is not good enough, but I need you to help me;(

Montserrat use imgbb.com if you have already downloaded image to your device.
