SoloLearn is good for basic concepts and practice. Focus on finding online resources that go into depth after you learn a concept with SL.

If you want to go full engineer, find and read books.

Basically the same. pro have additional learning material. more is obviously better, but not by too much.
If you want better than pro features, add other learning resources(video tutorials, official documentations and tutorials, books, etc.).
