SATURN LEAGUE BADGE

Question

Actually, I'm in the Saturn League and I want to know,

1. If I'm not in the top leading in Saturn League at the end of the league, Is there any way to get the badge??

yes, you will stay in the Saturn League to complete it again (if you are in the top). if you are on a bad position, I guess it will throw you back to Jupiter....
I made it only 3 times in a row, after that I just quit it
