My Apple Subscriptions confirm I’ve paid through the end of January… what’s going on?
I have and, can relay, confirmation of my year long subscription via my Apple ID. However, I’ve reached out over the past month and still haven’t regained access to my pro account. I DID swap from Samsung back to Apple, yet still, that should not matter when it comes to access. Please help! … this issue has taken away months of paid access and I’m ultimately sitting here sucking my thumb, needing to pay more money for some pass because I entered an answer wrongly.

Unfortunately, there's really no help on the forum for you. At best, you can find someone who can relate to your problem, but not do more than that.
You need to contact info@sololearn.com and resolve it through that channel (or see if they are active on social media?)
