Should I study Ruby or JS+php?

It completely depends on your goal if you want to program on web
learn either of js or php (know basics of both but choose one to get pro in it)
but ruby is a different thing like python it can be useful everywhere it has huge ecosystem very easy syntaxing therefore i think it's really nice to know such a language but if you want to use it only for web i dont really rocommend it though because of ruby on rails it can be done
