How can I know or find a URL of a particular image or video

I can see other people's code, writing url's in their code, and I thought to myself how can I see or know a particular URL for an image or video

If you see an image on a website and you want to know the URL, right-click on the image. Look for "open this image in a new tab" or similar. It's not always available. But if it is, it will open the image in a tab. You can then copy the URL from the browser address bar.

Some sites block your ability to right click on their images. Most sites do not block though.

Using images that belong to another site can be against their terms of service. But for testing inside your practice it should be okay. If you want to use someone else's images for your website project, you need permission or you could get in trouble. The rules are simple. You can use it if you made the image yourself, took the photo yourself, or you got written permission to use it. Everything else can get you in trouble.

If you have an image on your computer or phone and want to use that, you have to upload it to a free image hosting website. When you upload the image there, they will give you the URL of your image. Try https://imgbb.com
